Default help loading the os

Please Login to Remove!

I am having problems reloading the OS to my phone. I have tried crack mem and JL Cmder and still can't get it to work. The error Jvm 548. can someone pls help me or is the phone a brick now.

Welcome to the forums!

When you try JL_Cmder does it wipe the device and the device come back to a 507 error? Is it detected by your PC at all?

It doesn't recognize it. under the jvm code it says flash erase failed.

Try following these steps.

Be VERY patient, it may take a while before it is detected. I have read where it took upward of 20 attempts before it was detected.

Let us know how things go.

1. Scrap the crackmen program if you are having issues. Forget it exists for now.

Ok, I have tried what the link said 2x. it kepps coming back saying, unable to reconnect to the device during a multi-stage load operation. Do I need to keep tryn till it takes?

Try another USB port. Do not use a USB hub if you are using one. That message means there is not enough power going from the USB connection to the BlackBerry.

well guys thx for all the info but I think I'm going to smash this 1. I was not using a hub but I did try different usb ports and still got the same error. I tried using different batteries and usb cords but still no luck. Thx again for all the help.
