Welcome to the forums!

When you try JL_Cmder does it wipe the device and the device come back to a 507 error? Is it detected by your PC at all?

Try following these steps.
What to do next if Jl Cmder will not connect and wipe - BlackBerryFAQ

Be VERY patient, it may take a while before it is detected. I have read where it took upward of 20 attempts before it was detected.

Let us know how things go.

1. Scrap the crackmen program if you are having issues. Forget it exists for now.

Try another USB port. Do not use a USB hub if you are using one. That message means there is not enough power going from the USB connection to the BlackBerry.
