Default HELP!! Device Software upgrade frozen

Hi, I was hoping someone could help me urgently!

I am in the process of upgrading my 8100 device to device software version 4.5 and it has frozen at the Restore Device Data stage.

I understand that it can often take quite a while to work through the upgrade process, however it has now been 'restoring the device data' for over 1 hour.

Has anyone experienced this problem before and do you have any advice on what I should do? I was thinking the only thing I can do is disconnect the device.

The device are upgraded but maybe you'll lost some data.

Do you have DM 4.5?

If you have backup data before upgrading you can wipe your device, upgrade and restore.

Maybe the automatic backup file is damaged.
