Default How to make app manager ignore unrecognized apps and modules?

Hi,

is there a known way to reconfigure the BlackBerry application manager to ignore (instead of delete) "unrecognized" modules and applications?
I often load apps and modules using JavaLoader and afterwards the apploader always wants to remove my installed applications - which is definitely not what I want!

Can somebody help me?
