Default Tech Help Needed Ref new OS

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Rogers Blackberry Bold using on at&t, i have been trying to upgrade to the lastest at&t OS

FOr the life of me I am follwoing the directions to a T....I download the latest desktop software 4.6, I download the device softeware update 167 from at&t then delete the vendor file, then I open the desktop manager and wham....no option to upgrade, I have uninstalled it twice and re-installed it and still no option to upgrade... I have a rogers bold and using it on at&t....Help please......

What version OS is currently on your device?

Is your usb cable connected directly to the rear usb port on your desktop?
If none of that works, try using desktop manager 4.2.2. That worked for me.
