Default Your computer must be connected to the internet

Hello all, first time poster and I have a question that I can not find the answer to on the internet. We are having a problem with our newest blackberry's with the 4.3 software from verizon. When we first try to synch the blackberry we are getting the "your computer must be connected to the internet" error message. I can find plenty of sites stating that the software is trying to check for a license, and it is obviously getting blocked by our proxy server. I am looking for what specific site, server, or port the software is trying to communicate to so that I can get with our admin guys to put in an exception. Can anyone help me out?
