I have an issue with a single user in a BES enterprise enviroment. The user is unable to sync thier contacts with BES. All the users in the org are able to sync everything without a problem at all.
This enviroment is a standard BES install, no policies added to the system everything is default. I have checked the users device and it indicates that BES Contacts sync is enabled. I have also verified that BES indicates the sync for contacts is there, and showing accuratley.
Anyone have any thoughts as to what to look for?
