Default JL Commander needs to know password

Please Login to Remove!

My BB has locked IT Policies which it can only send and recieve emails, phone is disabled. I tried your recommendations, JL Commander asks for a password which associated with a PIN. I do not know this password. The password is not the same as the one which you enter when you use the handheld everytime. So JL Commander end up saying failed to open port. Any suggestions? Thank you

Welcome to the forums.

Is this device a personal device you received second hand, or is it on a corporate BES?

JL_Cmder is prompting for the password on the device. Make sure you are not confusing numbers for letters in the password. If you think you have numbers in the password and you don't press the alt key to unlock your device, you are actually entering letters.

For example, if your think your password is abc123 and you never press the alt key, your password is actually abcwer.
