Default My new BB Curve doesn't have the option to set up email

Please Login to Remove!

I switched to a pearl today and when I run the set up I only have the option to set up an email on BES. I don't have BES only BIS and there is no option to add email. How do I fix that?

Wirelessly posted (8310; RammerJammer!)

Go to your carrier BIS and use the change PIN.

Thank you that worked great, do you have any idea how I can get the email setup application on my BB now so I have it there in the future if I would need it?

Have your carrier resend the service books; then go to setup wizard and follow the instructions. Hope this helps
