Default Blackberry Professional

Hi
I have Blackberry Professional 4.1.4.? running under Windows 2003 and SQL MSDE. We now have a new server for SQL applications and I was wondering if it was possible to move from MSDE to SQL Server 2005 Std. I have been reading

www(dot)blackberry(dot)com/btsc/articles/899/KB12247_fSAL_Public

but it only talks about Enterprise Server.

1) Does this document also apply to Blackberry Professional?
2) If so in Task 1 for Windows Authentication can it be any account i.e Administrator, Domain Admin, Domain User, BESAdmin account etc?
3) Or would it be better to use SQL Server Authentication perhaps sa, or create an new SQL account?

Thanks in advance
Tony
