Hi everyone. I just bought a BlackBerry 8110 and I think it's great.
Anyway, I noticed that the internal speaker reproduces a slightly metallic voice. I can hear conversation and sound isn't distorted, but this metallic effect sounds very strange to me, talking about a phone which is pretty perfect on every other aspect.
I have no problems with headset or loudspeaker.
I read about this issue on some online review, but not everywhere.
So, is it normal? Or I have to bring back my phone?

I've got a new 8110 too so they might even be out of the same batch. When using it I have no problems with sound quality, could almost be talking directly to the person in the same room. It would seem you maybe got one that's not up to the usual BlackBerry standard. Back to the shop then!
