I am using Desktop Manager 4.6. Currently I have my BB curve set to store 2 months of calendar entries. Because of this, I synced it with Outlook and it tried to delete 300 calendar entries from Outlook which I would prefer to have. Is there a way to have the archive set to 2 months on my device but not delete it from Outlook? I would suggest there be an archive action instead of it being a delete for syncing purposes.

I know I can store forever on my BB but not sure if I'll run out of memory at some point.

I have the exact same problem. I as well do not want to keep items on my curve for more than 2 months. On the other hand, I would prefer to keep all items save to Outlook. I actually sync my blackberry to my laptop and desktop to archive items. I did a normal 2-way sync between device and Outlook to reconcile. Then, I deleted unwanted items off of the Curve and tried to re-sync. It asked me whether I wanted to delete the items in Outlook as I expected. I rejected the changes that It would make to Outlook but then did another sync and it asked me again. I was hoping that it would keep track of the previous sync and not ask for those items again. Now it will ask everytime. If I do need to make changes/additions to Outlook in the future, it looks like it will delete the items I want archived. I did not find a way to reject or allow specific items. Anyone have any Ideas?

Do you have all the appointments in Outlook.

Yes. I now have it figured out. I had to reset configuration. When I had set it up in the wizard, I selected all when I should have selected future. Everything is working fine now. It seems like as soon as I made that thread, I got the idea to redo the setup and fixed it. Thanks.
