Default input language question

Please Login to Remove!

On Desktop manager 4.6, I noticed that in add applications input language support only UK English is a choice and then a bunch of other languages.
I am in the US
Do I have the US english support enabled by default or do I have to check the uk? There is no choice for US english.

I also notice when I sync that it tells me there is an upgrade for dutch and some other language. I just hit cancel. Is that going to happen every time there is a new update?
