|  Device Manager, phone listed but not showing

Month+ old AT&T Bold (4.6.0.167)
Desktop Manager 4.6.0.13
Desktop Manager has my phone listed in the "Connection Options" drop down list, as does Device Manager. The PIN is there and it shows the phone connected via USB, however, in the Desktop Manager home page my phone is not shown and not connected. Nothing I do will make it show up even though it is shown as connected.
The options for synchronize etc are faded out and not clickable.
PLEASE help, I need my sync back! |
