Hi

I'm a newbie and recently changed from HTC to BB. I'm very impressed so far but when I synced my BB8310 with Ms Outlook it deleted all old appointments and seems to delete them after approx. 8 weeks. I have looked at all possible avenues and can't figure out how to sync ALL appointments from the past. Is it an Outlook issue or a BB DM one?

It's too late to recover them now - I've tried!!

How can I stop the deletion of past appointments?

1. Open the Calendar.
2. Open the menu and select General Options.
3. Change the value for Keep Appointments to Forever (the default setting is 60 days).
