Hello, Subject above was a bit hard to come up with.

Basically, I have a brand new 8120 on Rogers using BIS. Blackberry Messenger is installed. When a request to add the person as a contact comes in, it doesn't take over the email and show the button to approve. it just shows the email saying that we need to reinstall Blackberry Messenger.

I downloaded the O/S and tried to use blackberry Desktop Manager to remove and re-add Messenger, but it doesn't let me remove certain apps. I'm used to seeing Blackberrys in the Enterprise so i'm not sure if it's possible with BIS.

We tried removing the battery and back in but no go.

Any thoughts?
