Default During Update, Blackberry Freezes

Please Login to Remove!

During an update I was performing on my Curve 8330, the computer and blackberry froze, I canceled the process, and now the BB is unresponsive. I was installing it with the web process, as I didnt have BB desktop software on the computer i was using. I now have tried installing the BB Desktop software, but it does not recognize that the BB is plugged into the computer.

What do I do?
