I have DM 4.3.0.17 that came with my Pearl 2/08. There is a place on the main page that says "check for updates" and there are options up to 4.7. But I see some posts finding issues with 4.7.

Do most folks upgrade when it's available? Is there a "better" DM version then 4.3? And what about Device Manager that also shows up as an update?

I like the theory, if it is not broke don't fix it. If 4.3 has been working for you then you have no need to upgrade, the only differences between version is the look and the Media Sync which you can download seperately.
