Default camera problem

Please Login to Remove!

the camera on my blackberry curve doesnt work.
the picture is all weird
and its not an effect that comes with it, ive checked
and when i take a picture, the screen just goes white
then when i go to view my images, the picture wont show up


helpppppp!

Have you tried pullng the battery for about 15 seconds? What version of the OS are you using?

and whats OS?

i'm new to blackberrys.

just tried the battery thing, but its still the same :(

it means your thread was moved to a different forum, the RIM Software forum. RIM (Research in Motion) is the company that provides us with our delicious BlackBerries!

OS is the operating software that your device runs on. to check this, simply go to Options/About and it's the 3rd line from the top (mine is v4.5.0.77). my blackberry was running on v4.3 when i first got it, so i had to do a manual upgrade to get to 4.5. it's a pretty simply process, just check out the stickys at the top of your device-specific forums on this site
