I have a work colleague ask me if I ever heard of the following problem:
She connects to DM and it asks for her password (just like mine does).
She enters her device password and it does not accept it.
She can access her locked device just fine -- the device password don't seem like an issue.
She has a older 88xx verizon flavor. I have no idea what version of DM or OS on the device.
My gut instinct is uninstall DM and reinstall the latest version. I've found excellent directions from d_fisher that seem like it will do that part. I'm just worried that at the end of the process I'll be no closer to fixing the original issue.
