| I'm reading this whole thread and am still not sure what the solution is. I'm experiencing something similar. I have a bbl 8820 and just bought a Samsung laptop with windows 7, and I have Outlook 2007. When I connected my bbl the first time, the sync worked, and I was able to transfer all my calendar, notes, address and tasks from bbl to my Outlook. Now that I have been updating the fields and I want to do a two-way sync, the desktop manager (v5.0.1) won't let me. At first it wouldn't recognize the device. I un-installed, re-installed, shut down,... and now it recongizes it. But then it won't sync and the DM screen greys out and gets stuck. It won't do anything.
Please help! |
