On my Bold options on Maps says BB maps N/A, how can I get blackberry Maps? Tried Procedure in tips and tricks but did not get the same information on the alx file. Does anyone knows how to get the maps for the Bold

the NA means North America there.

Make certain that you in an area of good signal coverage AND outside with a clear view of the sky in an open area of no tall buildings.

Click Options > Advanced > GPS > Menu > Refresh GPS.

Give it up to 10 minutes to refresh, and try 2-3 times in a row.
