Hi Every one. (As previously stated in my last thread) I am working on a service desk for a large department and there is a problem with some of the blackberry devices.
I have quite a few users on my BES that have been fully activated and working well for anywhere from 1 hour to 2 weeks, then loose email and internet. When the user goes to the activation screen Autotext stuck on "initialising".

Using BlackBerry Manager version 18.104.22.168
Devices used 8100, 8310, 8700 & 8800
