Desktop manager freezes
I have been installing and uninstalling various versions of Desktop Manager for the last two days. It continually freezes when I try to conduct a synchronization with Outlook. It freezes when I do ANYTHING!!! Clicking on any menu option or icon locks the whole thing up. I have verified that it detects my device - the ID number is displayed in the status bar of DM. HELP!!!!!!!!

I am using Windows XP on a Dell Inspiron. I am going to try this on a different desktop.

What version of Outlook and the DM have you tried/been using?
