Exclamation Blackberry Desktop not synching

Newest version of Blackberry Desktop (believe it's 4.7).
A Blackberry world phone that works fine.
New XP Pro OS install.

Installed Desktop software fine, hook up phone and the software sees that it is connected. Am able to go through the synchronization setup for Address Book/Calendar/Tasks/Memo's just fine. Synching with Outlook profile.

When I go back to the main menu and hit Synchronization, Synchronize Now, the synch window pops up, looks like it's about to start the status bar, then disappears.

Nothing synchs, no errors messages, and there is not Synchronization log.
