i amusing windows xp sp3 edition.while the desktop manager installing an error message pop up showing c:\Program files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\IS71 Connectors\OE Connector\OLKExpress5.dll failed to register.HResult-2147024770. i ignore and install.when i am doing my back up it shows error backup database couldn't load>i have tried to reinstall 3 times but still the error come out.can anyone help me.tq

Did you get anywhere with this? I've got the EXACT same problem. Have tried the MS VB update, reinstall of Outlook Exp (we remove this as we use Lotus Notes), now I'm running thru the Windows Updates, one by one.... aggghh
