|  Please Someone Help Me
Please Login to Remove! well i got the blackberry 8350i like a week ago, so i was trying to download aim onto my blackberry but it said i need enterprise something, so i tried downloading it through the website and computer. (i used the program it cam with ont he cd) its downloading and all of a sudden the thing cuts off saying fatal error. then i look at the bb and its a white screen saying reload software. after doing research i go back ont he website and try to do what they say downoad the os and stuff take off vendor etc. when i do it its loading finaly and then another error pops up says fatal error [A:0x0000000fF]. im stuck and i dont know what to do can someone guide me through this please thank you
