i switch from a bold to an 8900 (ATT to tmobile) but somehow my bis email was not working. we narrowed it down to a corrupt message db.
i saved the message database. so now i have a lighter blackberry without the 9000 emails in it.
Is there a way to recover those emails either from the message db or other ways?

Are you on a BES?

yes i have 1 bes email and 3 bis email accounts (yahoo / msn and an IMAP)
when i put the messages back the bes, msn, yahoo work, the imap does not.

I don't think you can restore your BIS account email.. Your BES Account emails can be restored if Wireless Backup is enabled and your account on the BES was NOT deleted.

If you have the .ipd file you can do an "advanced" restore from the Desktop Manager.
