Default Degrouping e-mails

I have a user that wants to degroup his e-mail on his Blackberry (7100t). Is this possible? Basically he doesn't want the e-mails separated out by day.

This is the first time I've heard of this request....

Thanks

No, they are always sorted by the date.
Tell him to get used to it cause it's better than any way he thinks he wants it.

I figured that was the answer...it's not always easy to tell that to a partner in a law firm. Thanks for confirming my own thoughts.
