Default Is full factory reset for T-Mobile 7290 possible? Icons are gone! - 10-31-2005, 12:41 AM

Okay I have the problem with my T-mobile 7290. BluetoothIcon is not only missing, but bluetooth is running in the background yet still refuses to sync with anything. It tries but then the prompt that asks for the code/passkey fr Motorola Headset appears for 1 second and vanishes, then I get the prompt that tells me no device has been found.

I loaded and reloaded all the upgrades and apps about 6 times now (I did the "1. current apps back-up, 2. current apps delete and 3.load new apps" option) but nothing is working.

Can I do a full factory reset on the 7290?

Thanks

The upgraded 4.02XXX
It okay....T-Mobile is sending me a new BB7290. They figure its an inherent hardware problem

I belive the lastest HH software no longer has the Bluetooth icon on the home screen. You can only access it through Options > Bluetooth.
