Default Unable to Accept/Decline Meetings - 11-01-2005, 03:43 PM

I'm sure this is answered somewhere, but I did a search, and I completed the steps suggested, and I'm stumped now.

I have a 7100t, and I don't have the Accept/Decline options on my handheld for calendar appointments.

I went into Configure PIM and enabled BlackBerry Wireless Sync (instead of Lotus Notes 5.0/6.0). I also took some suggestions I saw here, and disabled and reenabled the Wireless Sync, still with no luck.

I've tried syncing and rebooting the handheld, nothing.

I know that our BES has this functionality enabled, because my co-workers all have the functions available to them.

Is it just a matter of giving the handheld time to activate the functions? What else can I do?

What version of HH software are you running? Make sure you are running 4.0. Also, you can have ur BES admins send down new service books as that could be causing an issue.

Your calendar is not sync'ing. Make sure bidirectional sync is setup for your BES user and go into your calendar, click the wheel and go into options. Make sure wireless sync is set to Yes.

I'm running v4.0.2.32.

I could ask them to send a new service book, but I suspect they'd have no clue what I was talking about.

And the Options in Calendar don't have a Wireless Sync setting.

Here, once you get on BES 4, you are restricted from modifying your PIM settings.
