Default 7320 won't sync with XP - 11-10-2005, 03:48 PM

I have a the Blackberry 7320 and a laptop and desktop computer both with Windows XP service pack 2 on them. I have the 4.1 blackberry software on both computers.

When I sync on both computers it let's me do my calendar syncing and then stops with an error message "unable to complete task'. If I try again it has an error message "Intellisync upgrade failes. Unknown error".

I can not back up my info on either computer!
Anyone have any info or ides why this is happening?

Welcome to BBForums!

Can you look in the Intellisync Log and see if there is an error number or message (1498 springs to mind).

The only error message I see,....is: Internal Error -790

I never had any problems prior to using XP.......

I don't recognize the error -790. First thing I do for Intellisync problems is to delete the Outlook profile and create a new one. Be sure you document any settings you may need BEFORE you delete the old Profile.
