Okay first thing, whenever i get an email/voice mail my led light goes off after 20 minutes... is there a way to make it for that it never goes off until it's read/heard/deleted?

also, the arrows on the o&p keyboards that are to go forward and backwards between emails and stuff, any reason why my o doesn't make things go < way? only the p works?
