On 7230 with TMobile. Sometimes when somebody replies to an email I've sent, the message on the Berry doesn't show their reply. Any idea why this happens?

Are they replying in HTML? Not sure how the BlackBerry handles that.

Has anyone solved this problem yet? I get my original message back, but not their reply. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Today, within 5 minutes, the same person sent two different replies. One worked, the other did not.

I know in Lotus Notes you can reply without the original message. Other mailers may have the same option. Is this problem from one particular contact replying to your emails?

The problem occurs with different people and only occasionally with a contact. Most replies from a contact include their current reply and the original message and other replies will include only my original message. When I go to the e-mail from my computer, the e-mail shows their reply.

You are using the BIS service with T-Mobile correct? And you've integrated your OWA account into it?
