I go to delete prior and these four emails will not delete. I am using 3.6 on a 6750 handheld. I know i can wipe the handheld and reload the software but i am looking for another fix.

I also tried deleting emails through the syncing software and that didn't work

You will have to use the BB desktop software to delete all email messages. RIM told me this is the only way to fix the problem. This has happened twice to one user where I work. This can be done by going into Backup and Restore, go into Advanced, highlight "Messages" on the right hand side and then click on clear on the bottom of the window. This will clear all email on the device.
