| Steve--
I did it, and immediately, my appointments split back into two sets. All of this started because my firm put in a new webmail system, so my original email address set up with Blackberry Internet no longer worked. I had to create a new one. Same email address, just a different log in (from xxxxxx@mycompany to domain\xxxxxx@mycompany). Once I did that, the calendars split, and 80% of my appointments did not transfer to Outlook. My two calendars on the BB were xxxxxx@mycompany and device default. No way to merge them or choose which one I wanted.
Right now, on my service books, I have two email entries, both the same address xxxxxxx@mycompany. One is a CICAL and the other CMIME. Yesterday, when I deleted the CICAL line, everything worked fine. I got all emails, calendar entries were from one source, and sync operations worked fine.
Do I absolutely have to have the CICAL account? What does it do for me?
Thank you. |
