Default 7100t and e-mail attachments - 01-01-2005, 02:57 PM

I keep reading that I can view attachments but putting the cursor over the name in an e-mail message and clicking the menu to choose "view attachment"

I have tried and tried however I have been unsuccessful.

Can I or can't I view attachments in e-mails using this. Everything points to yes but I cannot.

any pointers for a noob?

You can view attachments as long as they in the following format:
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, Word Perfect & Text files.
However, the files have to be original type of files and it must not
have scanned or pasted images. As for the picture attachments, RIM must upgrade the WebClient to 4.0 if you are using that or u need BES 4.0.

Any better & stable OS for a Mobile device than the Blackberry OS?

I am using the web client. So I have to wait for t-mobile to upgrade their end?

Or I have to use the Blackberry enterprise server?

Can I use the enterpriser server? Do I need to be running an exchange server or what?

Basically I have to wait?

BWC must be upgraded to 4.0 by tmobile or you must use BES 4.0

Then use handheld 4.0 and then the two of them must be able to allow you to
view pic application
