We're using KVS email archiving here and one of my users has complained that he once he's moved sent items to his personal folders, they are not visible on his Blackberry. I have suggested he copy important mails to himself and then archive them, so that he'll see them, but is there a technical explanation as to why these items are invisible.

He's got a 7730 running on BES4.

Any help gratefully received.

the reason they cannot be viewed is because a personal folder is an "offline" folder.
