Unhappy Blackberry Media Sync: Doesn't recognize iTunes - 09-13-2009, 11:57 PM

Media Sync seems to work fine, but in Options iTunes is grayed out, and it only allows me to select Windows Media Player. I'd really love to sync with iTunes. Does anyone know what is happening?

I have the Blackberry Tour through Verizon and Media Sync version 2.0.0.27. I have iTunes version 8.2.1.6 installed. I'm running Windows XP Home.

Wirelessly posted (White and Nerdy)

Is it all installed (itunes and BBDM) on the same hard drive?

Yes, both are installed on the C drive.

I do have most of the actual songs on my D drive, if that matters.

I dont think the drive should matter.
I would try to uninstall and re-install Media Sync.
