Default Desktop Manager backup issue - 09-15-2009, 01:59 PM

I am using ver. 5.0.0.11 of DM to back up my Bold.

When I back up my device about 3/4 of the way through in the section titled "Attachment Data", I receive the following:
Warning
Error backing up database(s). [Profiles] 11 0f 14 entries retrieved.

Nothing to do but click on OK button.

Continues running and get this final message: "Backup file successfully created."

1. What does that mean?
2. What is the "Attachment Database"?
3. How do I fix this?

I had the same issue. :(

I used the custom backup one and did not backup the part where the full backup process terminated. But still, this should not happen ... really weird.

I am now using DataBackup on my Curve 8900 to backup contacts and memos to my sd card.
