8310 Call in FAIL Call out FAIL HELP!! -

Hi. I bought a 8310 which was suppose to be new and all that was in the box was sealed as new. I used it for 2 weeks and one morning I started it up and saw something being installed within a few seconds!!, since then if I call out it says CALL FAILED and if anyone calls me the operater says "The person you have called is unavailable". I called Movistar and the sim card is fine as we tried it in another 2 phones and my account is OK. I have heard that some people selling phones of the net don't complete their contracts and the operater blocks the phone??. I have taken off all the software and re installed from blackberry the new version for this model but it is still doing the same, which is bugging me as it is new or newish. Can anyone help out as I don't want to bin it unless all is lost. Thanks in advance. Kevin
