Cool Storm synch prob w XP Windows Calendar - 09-26-2009, 12:42 PM

I'm running XP on my laptop and currently do not have MS Office loaded. I'm trying to synch my Storm with the Windows Calendar on XP.

In Desktop Manager, Synchronize, Configure, Synchronization, select device application, Calendar, there is no option for Windows calendar. I only see ASCII Importer/Exporter, and Yahoo. This option was available for address book with the Windows Address book/mail, and it worked.

Anyone else synching XP Windows Calendar with Storm? Any suggestions?

I don't think Windows calendar is supported.

Here is a link from the Microsoft Support Forum concerning this issue.

Blackberry sync for calendar and contacts - Windows Live Help

ALso using the SEARCH function, I found this: http://www.blackberryforums.com/rim-...n-options.html

It appears Windows Calendar and Mail are not part of Windows 7 either.

Alternatives would be Outlook or Google.

Try using the SEARCH function. Lots of questions on Windows Calendar and Windows Live as well.
