I just updated my Bold with the new 4.6.0.297.

for some reason when i clicked on the new visual voicemail it said "couldnt connect, please contact your wireless carrier" or something close to that. and i stupidly pressed buttons and accidentally deleted it. because now i cant find it anywhere on my phone.

anyone know how to recover it ?

Resend the service books or perhaps connect to desktop manager and see if it will allow you to reinstall from applications

A battery pull should bring it back up as EZ stated.
