Hey all.... We're currently in the process of performing an Exchange 2003/2007 Migration. We have BES version 4.1.1.9 up and running right now. Do we need to upgrade to a newer version or be concerned about anything as it pertains to BES during this migration?

You'll probably want to upgrade to 4.1.6 and apply MR7. You'll also need to update the MAPI client.
