Default Email forwarding issues with desktop redirector - 10-29-2009, 10:37 PM

Ok, i know this question has been asked a million times, but i think my problem is more specific than most of the dumb ass questions i've seen regarding this problem.

I have three computers using the Desktop re-director to forward emails. (yes i know i should be using a BES server)

They were working, but two have ceased working (a few weeks apart.)
The desktop re-director works when they are plugged in to the PC via USB, but doesn't work wirelessly anymore.
i have tried updating software, uninstalling and re-installing, all to no avail.
this whole time the 3rd pc and blackberry are re-directing perfectly.
we are using outlook, two of the blacckberrys are 8310's and on is a Bold. the working blackberry is an 8310.

any ideas???

The two that aren't working anymore... you've verified with the carrier that they still have the Enterprise BlackBerry Data Plan provisioned on them?

Thanks for your reply - Yes they do.

I have just figured one of them out, the user had turned data services off when they were playing around with the blackberry.
they did not admit to it until after i found this out.

I'm going look at the second one in a couple of hours so i will let you know how it goes.
