i need this full updated setup relesaed 30/10/2009 coz the update only not work with me

you mean you need to download the 5.0.1 package because the update through desktop manager doesnt work?
Download it from the blackberry website.

I Mean Both Desktop 5.0.1 And Update Into One File Setup Coz I Already Installed Version 5.0.1 Then I Receive A New Updates While I,m On Internet I Try Insall Always Receive Error So Need Full Updated Setup With New Update To Install It Directly

Its the same thing.
I installed 5.0.1 and then got an update via Desktop Manager to update to 5.0.1
Its the same thing, they just took a while to push it out through automatic update.
If it fails, just cancel it.
