Default Application Loader Question - 11-06-2009, 06:22 AM

I went to install a new ap, and Loader said the only option I had for BB Messenger was "downgrade". I did that and it disappeared from my phone. I reloaded OTA, but how do I avoid this in the future?

Are both checked in the Loader? If so, uncheck 4.7.

1st Step in Troubleshooting: Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?
2nd Step in Troubleshooting: Pull the Battery.

I will check on that...thanks. However if I've loaded software through loader, but subsequently upgrade OTA, do I need to get the alx file off my desktop computer to prevent this kind of stuff?
