Exclamation Bbm 5 Photo Problem

Please Login to Remove!

Many people are having this problem, just want to make sure RIM is aware.

When sending a picture thru BBM it does not always download, just sits at 0.0kb. Can we go back to the original BBM picture sharing ?? Why do we have to download to view?

I Love the new BBM, in fact I believe it is an epic upgrade however the photo sharing bug is extremely disappointing.

It's not a bug. RIM decided to change the way photo sharing works.
I agree with you... it completely sucks.

Like penguin said it's not a bug. But I agree, completely irritating to sit and stare at the screen forever wondering if it is going to download.

I had this problem. I was trying to send some pics and kept seeing 0kb when pic was sent.

What I came to realise is that once you see 0b, the pic is not going to send. What I did was back up all my files on media card and device memory, format, delete all the thumbs file and replace the files.

It's working fine now.

It *is* a bug when the person accepts and nothing happens. Which is what I get a high percentage of the time.
