Same 90% problem here. I have done a full wipe of the handheld and did both a manual activation and an automatic activation, deleted/undeleted the service books to start the activation and every time it stopped at 90% with Tasks, Email options, Email filters, and address book still initializing. Even left it activating overnight and same problem. This is the first 8700 on our BES so I'm wondering if something needs to be set on the server.

Had the exact problem, and it was as a result of the Exchange Admin moving users from one exchange server to another. They finally got help from Rim Support and was able to complete the wireless activation.
