I have a JVM 102 error appear on my screen and all it does is ask me to reset my phone, it is as if it is in a continuous loop or something I did some research and no one can fix this, or there is no known fix that I have found, can some one help please, i tried the application loader, Blackberry desktop manager. Any suggestions other than shipping it off it is a 7100I

Search for a program called "Javaloader" on here.
It will completely wipe out the software and data on the BB, and then you can reload the handheld OS.

I already have it downloaded and I assume I am using it correctly but it hasnt remedied the problem Im on hold at the moment with Blackbery support Nextel. What do I do with the JavaLoader after I download it

Unzip it if it came unzipped.
Open a DOS prompt
Go to the location where you unzipped it, and type

javaloader -usb wipe

This will wipe out your BB totally. Then restart Desktop Manager.

I went to the Sprint.com (nextel.com) and went under, shop the Nextel store online, under services and features and found Blackberry Solutions then I went under Software Updates, selected my product type and chose next, then went to the bottom of the screen and selected Download. I put in my info than hit yes and then next then agree then hit download and reloaded everything back on to my handheld it worked out great. I had to save the update to my computer than open it and connect usb then choose advanced to set up what kind of update. Thanks for the quick response.

Did you not see the post right before yours??? Follow the link for a description of your error. If you don't understand what it says then that is a different story. In a nutshell, your screwed. You will need to reload the BB operating system. For instructions on how to reload the OS, read the BlackBerry OS Upgrade thread.
