Default Filtering on mail headers in BIS

Please Login to Remove!

Is it possible to filter mail headers other than the generic, to, from, etc. offered by Verizon's current version of BIS? I want to do filtering based on character set so the Japanese mails I receive don't arrive on my BB.

Login to your Verizon BIS account.
Click on Filters, then create it. Not sure if you can filter "character set" however. Maybe enter each character in the filter for "contains".

I appreciate the reply, but I think you need to read the question again. I know how to create filters...

I need to filter based on ENCODING. That doesn't appear to be offered in Verizon's BIS...
